Develop your organisation with a external inspiring voice

In 2023 I represented Vodafone Digital in the event Women in Silicon Roundabout. I was part of the panel "Connecting for a better future". It was a wonderful experience to share with women at difference stage in their career how having a clear purpose to help others can be a great motivator to learn new technologies and experiment with new engineering practices. Technology is constantly changing, do not be afraid of start somewhere, every person counts. I fell very grateful when some of the participants reached out after the session, and thank me for the human approach I brought to the conversation. Exactly what they needed to make the next daunting step in starting their career in one case, and changing career in anbother.

In 2023 I had the priviledged to represent Vodafone Digital in the DTWIgnate event organised by TMForum thanks to the sponsorship of Tecnotree. During the event I was part of a discussion panel with other leaders my experiences in DevOps adoption, and interviewed about the present and future of SaaS.

In 2024 I had the opportunity to share with the cohort of the NatWest Accelerator for businesses in Cardiff a very powerful framework to enhance the influence and impact of they had in an audience when pitching their business ideas. This framework is very effective to improve communication with influence for anyone: interviews, proposing ideas to your manager,... you name it. 

In 2024 I had the opportunity to co-faciliate a session for facilitators International Association of Facilitation Learning and Networking 2024. This session was the last one of the day when a group of approx. 30 workshop facilitators . During the day they attended two other sessions where they have  about workshop facilitation techniques (accessibility and visual facilitation). With my co-facilitator, Ainhoa Montero, we designed a session which combined visualizations and liberating structures facilitation techniques to give the best wrap up of the day we could for the attendees: learn something new, feel inspired and have something they can take back and implement in their day to day. The session sparkled great ideas about the use of visualisation in business context and we received great feedback and interest for future events.
