Panel Women in Technology “Connecting for a better future”
In 2023 I represented Vodafone Digital in the event Women in Silicon Roundabout. I was part of the panel “Connecting for a better future”. It was a wonderful experience to share with women at difference stage in their career how having a clear purpose to help others can be a great motivator to learn new technologies and experiment with new engineering practices. Technology is constantly changing, do not be afraid of start somewhere, every person counts. I fell very grateful when some of the participants reached out after the session, and thank me for the human approach I brought to the conversation. Exactly what they needed to make the next daunting step in starting their career in one case, and changing career in another.
