As a leader with over 20 years of experience in global teams in  technology companies I have interviewed hundreds of candidates for technical, agile and product management roles. Lack of interviewing skills stops candidates from to letting us know how they could shine in our team, and how they could make our team shine. This inspired me to help people during the daunting process of job hunting.
