- Legitimate Interest Statement: We collect and use personal information to better understand our clients’ needs, tailor our services, and continuously improve the quality and relevance of the support we provide. This includes using contact details, job titles, preferences, and feedback to customise sessions, follow up meaningfully, and offer resources or recommendations that align with clients’ goals. This processing is necessary to deliver a personalised and effective experience, which in turn enables clients and their teams to derive greater value from our coaching and facilitation services. How long we keep information
We retain personal data for 7 years from the date of last contact or transaction. This applies to all client, service, marketing, and financial records, unless a shorter retention period is requested and lawful.
After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised in line with UK GDPR requirements. International Data Transfers
As we use reputable digital cloud platforms to deliver our services (including but not limited to Microsoft, Teams, Miro, OpenAI) , some personal data may be stored or processed outside the UK. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
