When was the last time your team worked together in a way that truly unlocked its full potential? Workshops are powerful tools to innovate, solve problems, and align around shared goals—but only when guided by expert facilitation.
I specialise in helping teams like yours break through challenges, collaborate effectively, and deliver innovative outcomes through tailored workshop facilitation where value outcomes are produced.
Get innovative results by bringing to your winning team the missing skill: expert workshop facilitation.
Even the most skilled teams can fall short without the right tools and guidance. That’s where expert facilitation changes the game. It’s not just about running a meeting—it’s about transforming how your team works together to achieve results they didn’t think were possible.
Here’s what expert facilitation brings:
We design every workshop to meet your specific needs, combining proven methodologies with a tailored approach.
Our workshops don’t just deliver insights—they drive results. Here’s what you can expect:
Explore new ideas, solve complex problems, and build team alignment.
This engaging, hands-on methodology uses LEGO® bricks to help teams think differently and work collaboratively.
It’s particularly effective for:
From problem to validated new products, services or solutions in less than a week.
In just five days, your team can go from identifying an important challenge to getting user input about a prototype to solve it.
The process is ideal for:
Your team are experts in their area. We bring facilitation expertise to the table. The combination result? Workshops tailored to your goals, allowing your team to achieve exceptional outcomes without compromising their well-being or risking burnout.
The methodologies I bring to the table, like LEGO® Serious Play and Design Sprint, are designed to complement established frameworks such as Agile and Lean, enhancing what your team is already doing.
I am always on the lookout for proven, innovative approaches to facilitate collaboration so that working groups are able to address new challenges effectively in today's fast pace changing world.
We deliver signature workshops designed to equip people at work with essential skills and tools that drive success in the workplace. By combining expert knowledge with innovative facilitation techniques, we ensure that learning is not only engaging but also deeply impactful. Our workshops are designed to be immersive, hands-on, and immediately applicable—so teams don’t just absorb new concepts, they experience them. Whether delivered in-person or online, our approach ensures that innovation isn’t just something you talk about—it’s something you practice and integrate into your work from day one.
These workshops are ideal for:
Whether your team is exploring new opportunities or solving critical challenges, my facilitation ensures success.

The duration depends on your team’s needs and the chosen methodology. For example, a Design Sprint typically lasts four days, while LEGO® Serious Play sessions can be tailored to span a few hours or a full day. We’ll work together to determine the best timeframe for your goals.
We begin by understanding your team’s challenges, goals, and current processes. We seek to understand, what are trying to achieve, what have you tried and what is stopping you from achieving your goals. With that information we design and deliver workshops that complements your existing workflows and drives meaningful outcomes.
An external facilitator brings an unbiased perspective, ensuring discussions stay focused and productive. I manage group dynamics, foster equal participation, and apply expert methodologies so your team can concentrate on what they do best—creating innovative solutions. Additionally, facilitation is a specialised skill that requires investment and experience to master. If your organisation doesn’t have expert facilitators in-house, bringing one in ensures you can address critical challenges and make immediate progress without delays.
No, as facilitators, our role is not to provide solutions, even if we have expertise in the area. Instead, we focus on identifying the right methodologies to guide your team and ensuring the right experts are in the room to achieve the outcomes you want. We take ownership of making collaboration between those individuals effective, creating the conditions for productive discussions and actionable results.
Bringing in an external facilitator also provides an unbiased perspective, helping to manage group dynamics, ensure equal participation, and maintain focus. This allows your team to concentrate on their expertise while I guide the process to uncover the best ideas and solutions.
We tailor the workshop facilitation proposal and cost to the organisations needs. Cost are provided on demand after initial exploration conversations.
There are tons of research about how, we humans, attend trainings that don't leave a lasting impact. We don't embed the new knowledge and/or we don't use it afterwards. There are different methods that can be used to avoid this. I use an unconventional method to help new knowledge stick. I combine visualisation and facilitation techniques.
In 2024 I had the opportunity to co-faciliate a session for facilitators International Association of Facilitation Learning and Networking 2024. This session was the last one of the day when a group of approx. 30 workshop facilitators . During the day they attended two other sessions where they have about workshop facilitation techniques (accessibility and visual facilitation).
With my co-facilitator, Ainhoa Montero, we designed a session which combined visualizations and liberating structures facilitation techniques to give the best wrap up of the day we could for the attendees: learn something new, feel inspired and have something they can take back and implement in their day to day. The session sparkled great ideas about the use of visualisation in business context and we received great feedback and interest for future events.
