The duration depends on your team’s needs and the chosen methodology. For example, a Design Sprint typically lasts four days, while LEGO® Serious Play sessions can be tailored to span a few hours or a full day. We’ll work together to determine the best timeframe for your goals.

We begin by understanding your team’s challenges, goals, and current processes. We seek to understand, what are trying to achieve, what have you tried and what is stopping you from achieving your goals. With that information we design and deliver workshops that complements your existing workflows and drives meaningful outcomes.

An external facilitator brings an unbiased perspective, ensuring discussions stay focused and productive. I manage group dynamics, foster equal participation, and apply expert methodologies so your team can concentrate on what they do best—creating innovative solutions. Additionally, facilitation is a specialised skill that requires investment and experience to master. If your organisation doesn’t have expert facilitators in-house, bringing one in ensures you can address critical challenges and make immediate progress without delays.

No, as facilitators, our role is not to provide solutions, even if we have expertise in the area. Instead, we focus on identifying the right methodologies to guide your team and ensuring the right experts are in the room to achieve the outcomes you want. We take ownership of making collaboration between those individuals effective, creating the conditions for productive discussions and actionable results.

Bringing in an external facilitator also provides an unbiased perspective, helping to manage group dynamics, ensure equal participation, and maintain focus. This allows your team to concentrate on their expertise while I guide the process to uncover the best ideas and solutions.
